White-label social community & events platform: Your community. Your brand. Your platform.

Powered by us.

We’ve already built the technology behind Socialize.cloud. We can rebrand it, customise it and operate it as your own social community and events platform.

The same app rebranded as Gatherly, a fictional brand, in violet with its own typeface and events in Amsterdam.

Operating models

Choose how much we operate

We can run the platform for you, or work in a more flexible model depending on what you prefer to manage internally.

How it works

Built already. Adapted for you.

You don’t need to start your platform from zero. We start with the mature Socialize technology and adapt it around your existing product ideas, workflows and business model.

Come to us with

  • An existing community
  • An existing website
  • An existing event business
  • Your own UI or design ideas
  • An existing platform specification
  • A partially developed solution

What we do

  1. Map your requirements against what already exists
  2. Configure the existing functionality
  3. Customise the experience
  4. Build the missing workflows
  5. Implement additional features
  6. Keep developing your platform over time

We work as your long-term technology partner, not a one-off agency: the team that adapts your platform keeps running and improving it.

Commercial model

A commercial model that fits your platform

Partnerships typically include an initial setup and customisation cost, followed by an ongoing platform fee.

One-off

Initial setup and customisation

Depends on:

  • Required branding
  • Platform configuration
  • Migration and onboarding
  • Integrations
  • Additional development
  • Custom functionality
Recurring

Ongoing platform fee

Depends on factors such as:

  • Number of users
  • Usage
  • Infrastructure requirements
  • Service level
  • Required availability
  • Support model

We don’t publish fixed prices: every platform is scoped individually. The platform fee covers running, maintaining and supporting your platform — new features beyond the agreed scope are planned and quoted separately.

Territory & exclusivity

Your territory. Your market.

Your platform can be configured around the geography that makes sense for your business — from a single city to multiple cities, a county or region, or a broader territory.

Operate in

  1. A single city
  2. Multiple cities
  3. A county or region
  4. Multiple regions
  5. A larger agreed territory
  1. BristolLaunch city
  2. South WestRegional expansion
  3. Multiple UK citiesNational growth

For example

Start with one city. Expand when you’re ready.

Launch in one city, across a region, or across multiple cities. We can structure the platform and partnership around your growth plan.

Your geography can shape

  • Event discovery
  • Member location
  • Local communities
  • Partner venues
  • Hosts
  • Event categories
  • Local notifications
  • Local administration
  • Expansion into new cities

Territorial exclusivity

We want our partners to be able to invest in and grow their local community with confidence.

Where agreed as part of the partnership, we can provide territorial exclusivity: we will not license the same white-label platform to a competing operator within your agreed territory.

The exact territory and conditions are agreed commercially for each partnership, and are typically linked to:

  • The agreed territory
  • Active operation of the platform
  • Launch timelines
  • Minimum activity or user levels
  • Continued subscription or contract status
  • Agreed expansion milestones for multi-city territories

This keeps exclusivity fair: a territory stays reserved for an operator who is actively building it, rather than being held indefinitely.

You build the market. We protect the space you’re building in.

You bring the community and business model. We provide the technology team and platform behind it.

Let’s build your community platform

Whether you already run a successful community or are designing the next stage of it, we’d love to show you what’s possible and how the platform could be adapted to your needs.

FAQ

Questions partners ask us

What is a white-label community platform?

A complete community and events product that runs under your name, logo, colours and domain, while a technology partner builds, hosts and develops it. Your members see only your brand. Here, that product is the platform behind Socialize.cloud: already built and in use, rather than a project starting from zero.

How is this different from Meetup, Eventbrite or a Facebook group?

Those are shared platforms: your community sits inside their brand, next to everyone else’s, under their rules. A white-label platform is your own product, with your brand, your own member base and features shaped around how your community works.

Is this just a community inside Socialize?

No. You get a standalone platform under your own brand, powered by the same underlying technology as Socialize.cloud. Your members join your platform, not Socialize.

Can we use our own domain?

Yes, depending on the chosen setup.

Can the platform use our branding?

Yes — name, logo, colours and the broader presentation can be customised.

Can you build features specifically for us?

Yes. Existing functionality is reused wherever it fits, and additional customer-specific functionality can be scoped and developed.

Do we have to use your hosting?

No. Different operating models can be discussed, depending on your technical requirements.

Can we keep using Meetup, Eventbrite or our existing website?

Yes. They can continue to act as acquisition or event channels while your branded platform becomes the long-term home of your community.

Can we have our own mobile app?

Your platform works in the browser on any phone and can be installed on the home screen as a web app. Dedicated branded mobile apps can be discussed as part of the implementation or roadmap where appropriate.

Which languages does the platform support?

The member app, the partner dashboard and the admin tools run in English and Hungarian today. Dutch, German, French and Spanish translations are maintained alongside them and can be switched on as part of your setup.

Who owns the community and commercial relationship?

You do. You control your own brand, users and community operations, partnerships and commercial model, subject to the final agreement and the applicable data and privacy responsibilities.

Can we get exclusivity in our area?

Where agreed as part of the partnership, yes: we won’t license the same white-label platform to a competing operator in your agreed territory. The territory and the conditions — such as active operation and launch milestones — are agreed for each partnership.
