The challenge
What a growing club needs
Sessions that repeat
Tuesday, 6 pm, every week. Set it up once instead of re-posting it in every group chat.
Knowing who’s coming
Caps and waitlists for popular sessions, and a check-in at the meeting point so you know who actually turned up.
The social side, too
The run is half of it. Members chat before and after, meet new people and stay in touch with the ones they ran with.
How the platform helps
How the platform runs your club
Built for groups that meet in person, again and again.
Recurring series
Weekly, fortnightly or monthly sessions published as one series; members sign up for the dates they can make.
Sign-ups with limits
A cap per session, for track nights, coached sessions or social runs with a café stop, with a waitlist behind it.
Check-in at the meeting point
Members check in with a QR code or PIN, which builds an attendance record over time.
A chat for every session
Meeting point, pace groups, coffee afterwards: every session has its own group chat.
Members who connect
People who met at a session can connect and find each other again.
Hosts and run leaders
Trusted members can host sessions on your platform, alongside your core team.

FAQ
Questions clubs ask
Does the app track runs or routes?
No. It handles sessions, sign-ups, check-ins and the community around them; members keep their usual tracking apps. Integrations can be scoped as custom development.
Can we charge for coached sessions?
Paid sessions show their price and are paid on the day. Membership tiers, credits and Stripe subscriptions are built and can be enabled for your model.
Is it only for running?
No. The same setup suits walking, cycling, climbing, padel or swimming clubs: any club that meets regularly and wants a community around it.
