Privacy notice
Last updated: 2 October 2026
This notice explains how personal data is handled on business.socialize.cloud, the website of Socialize for Business. It covers this website only: the Socialize app at socialize.cloud has its own privacy policy.
Who is responsible
The controller of your personal data is BEAVERIT LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales (company number 16073353), with its registered office at 29 Great Leighs, Bourne, England, PE10 0WF, United Kingdom. You can reach us at david@socialize.cloud. Full company details are in the legal notice.
In short
- This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising pixels or tracking scripts.
- There are no forms: the buttons on this site open an e-mail to us in your own e-mail program, and you decide what to send.
- Fonts and images are served by this website itself, so loading a page does not contact any third party.
- Our hosting provider processes the technical data needed to deliver the pages and keep the website secure.
When you visit the website
When your browser requests a page, our hosting provider, Vercel Inc., processes the technical data every website receives: your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page requested, the referring page and your browser’s user agent.
We use this data only to deliver the website, protect it against abuse and diagnose errors. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure, working website (Article 6(1)(f) of the UK GDPR and of the EU GDPR). The data is kept only for the short period of the hosting provider’s log retention; we do not combine it with other data or use it to identify you.
This website stores nothing on your device: it sets no cookies and uses no similar technologies, such as local storage.
When you contact us
If you write to us, for example with the “Book a demo” button, we receive your e-mail address and whatever you include in your message, such as your name, your organisation and your plans.
We use it to reply, to discuss a possible partnership and, if you decide to go ahead, to prepare an agreement. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)).
We keep your messages for as long as the conversation, and any partnership that follows, requires. Enquiries that do not lead to a partnership are deleted within 24 months of our last contact, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
Who processes data for us
- Vercel Inc. (440 N Barranca Avenue #4133, Covina, CA 91723, United States): hosting and delivery of this website.
- GoDaddy (United States): hosting of our e-mail, including david@socialize.cloud.
We do not sell personal data, and we disclose it to authorities only where the law requires us to.
International transfers
Our providers may process data in the United States. When personal data leaves the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, we rely on a recognised safeguard: an adequacy decision or certification, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and its UK Extension (under which Vercel is certified), or standard contractual clauses with the UK Addendum.
Your rights
Under the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- have it corrected if it is inaccurate;
- have it erased;
- restrict how we use it;
- object to processing based on our legitimate interests;
- receive the data you gave us in a portable format.
To use any of these rights, write to david@socialize.cloud. We reply within one month.
Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, please tell us first. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk). If you live in the European Economic Area, you can contact the data protection authority of your country; in Hungary, this is the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (naih.hu).
Search engines
We use Google Search Console to see how this website appears in Google Search. It works with Google’s own search data and adds no code or cookies to this website.
Changes to this notice
We update this notice when the website or the way we handle data changes. The date at the top shows the current version.
